A courier leaves a Kabul hub at dawn with forty packages, rides into Logar province, delivers for two days with no mobile signal, collects COD in cash, and syncs everything — deliveries, failures, collections, signatures — when they reach the next hub. Offline surfaces

Courier app

Full delivery workflow without connectivity. Scan packages, capture proof of delivery, record COD collection, mark failures — all stored locally with a seventy-two-hour buffer. Sync is automatic and conflict-free when signal returns.

Offline manifest

COD collection

When a courier reaches a hub with connectivity, the sync engine uploads all pending events, resolves conflicts using last-write-wins with causal ordering, and downloads new assignments. The process takes seconds, not sessions.
